Great location, close to Liverpool St. station. Spacious suite with nice extras like a robe and complimentary water. Well-equipped kitchen and rooftop terrace were highlights. Friendly and helpful staff, especially for families with young children. Convenient for both Stansted and Heathrow airports.

The cozy room, convenient location, user-friendly check-in, variety of nearby restaurants and cafes, comfortable bed, and complimentary biscuits made for an overall pleasant experience.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel valued as a guest. They even remembered me when I checked in, which added a personal touch. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with stunning views from the Heather Terrace. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, making it a vibrant and central location. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Liverpool Street Underground station, making it easy to explore the city.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk from Liverpool St station and close to iconic landmarks such as London Bridge and Tower Bridge. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-appointed room that had a kitchenette and enough space for all my luggage. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist me. They even provided me with a charger and promptly contacted me when I accidentally left behind an item of clothing. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

It was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself wassuper clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and access to a shared terrace. We also appreciated the mini fridge in the room, handy for keeping breakfast supplies. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly staff.

One minor issue we encountered was the temperature control, located outside of the room. It was a bit inconvenient to have to get up in the middle of the night and go into the corridor to adjust the thermostat.

The location is fantastic, right in front of Liverpool Street station. It's very convenient if you're looking to explore the city or catch a train. The staff is friendly and helpful, even offering assistance with our luggage. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a great view of the city. The bathroom was tidy and the shower was amazing.

Some aspects of the facilities were a bit tatty and there was no elevator, so be prepared for stairs.
